Products

Knowledge and experience are the core of our offering.

CADI Off Site aims to incorporate innovation into its product development by spotting trends, identifying where efficiencies can be made, and managing quality. This product innovation is informed by some of the most experienced in the ground engineering sector. All our products are manufactured in a factory-controlled environment under strict quality control.

As a subject, it may not trend much on socials (!) but concrete is pretty important when it comes to the places where we live, work, and play as it is a highly favoured building material.

At CADI Offsite, value and integrity go hand in hand in our manufacturing process. More information on our products can be found on our product pages, but here are some concrete ‘did-you-knows’….

Concrete absorbs carbon dioxide over time, through a process called carbonation. For the science detail, see the concrete centre.com page here.

Concrete allows buildings to store/release heat – thereby reducing energy consumption in heating and cooling spaces.

Concrete performs well across strength, fire & weather resistance, longevity, and even sound dynamic when compared with other building materials.

Concrete is 100% recyclable. Crushed materials often used as aggregates.

Concrete research is constantly evolving, with sustainability at the forefront of research – seeking to develop thinner, stronger, more sustainable products.

Why off-site construction is the future

Don’t just take our word for it, there’s plenty of anecdotal and research-based evidence out there making a case for off-site construction in building projects.

In 2016, a KPMG UK study entitled ‘Smart Construction – How offsite manufacturing can transform our industry’ advocated for offsite construction, as it addresses many of the challenges facing the construction industry today.

In 2021, the Irish Construction Industry Federation produced a Modern Methods of Construction Report, of which precast concrete products is an integral part, to promote innovation and sustainability in Irish Construction.

In 2023, The Irish Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage completed a Modern Methods of Construction Report illustrating the benefits of offsite construction in completing building projects.

Precast Concrete Rising Walls

Rising walls form the base for a house’s superstructure.  They create a sturdy, level base and can address a variety of factors including damp proofing/moisture protection, cavity details, and load transfer within the structure.

Traditionally, rising walls are made using manual blockwork.  Cadi Off Site offers a new alternative to manual blockwork.  A precast concrete solution, which saves time and money for your house building project.

Precast Concrete Piles

Precast concrete piles are a sustainable solution. Generating no spoil from the installation means a reduction in site traffic for removal and disposal of waste.

Our precast concrete piles service the residential sector, the construction of private and public sector housing schemes, student accommodation, residential care facilities and major infrastructure projects.

Precast Concrete Pile Caps

Pile caps can be used to support internal concrete floor slabs – these may be for industrial facilities, warehousing/storage structures or large sheds but also can be used in residential projects.

Pile caps make for reliable and stable support for heavy duty environments and are suited across the board in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.   These may include outdoor developments such as car parks, loading areas, or outdoor storage facilities.

Foundations that include pile caps in their design can benefit from cost saving and streamlining.

Precast Concrete Bespoke Beams

Precast concrete ground beams can be designed to suit your foundations requirements.  The traditional beam and block flooring system involves laying precast, prestressed concrete floor beams across or between walls.  Advantages include swift off-loading and installation; designs and dimensions can be specified to suit the project; there are also standard dimensions available.  Get your free quotation or discuss your job with us.
