Cadi Offsite is the sister company of Terradrive Ltd. As the manufacturing arm of Terradrive Piling & Foundations Ltd., the CADI and Terradrive teams share a breath of expertise and industry know-how.

Our CADI Offsite team is headed up by our production manager. Together with a team of skilled operatives CADI manufactures a range of pre-cast concrete products destined for infrastructure, housing, and commercial markets. Off-the-shelf products as well as bespoke designs are available.
